  Remember when you were a kid and the first time you had a steak, and it didn't come from a grocery store, it came right off the farm from the back of a truck with a hand made wooden cover. Your mother fried it with onions in a cast iron pan , what an aroma! and the flavour ! , my mouth is watering as I think about it. It was good right down to the bone even the marrow.
  
  Well the first time I had a Certified Organic beef steak from Sue at Pinnacle Farms I was that child again , the best beef I have eaten in a long time. The next day I made a pasta dish with her Certified Organic Ground Beef and again you had to ask yourself , wow! pasta will never be the same in our house, even the cats knew the difference , and parked themselves in front of the stove hoping for a taste. Besides the taste my body knew that it had lots of nutrition and I got a nice warm all over feeling of satisfaction.
